How to score it
Enter the date the clinician completed the comprehensive assessment. This date becomes the M0090 date that drives the 5-day completion window and the 30-day iQIES transmission deadline. It must fall within the required timepoint window for the RFA.
The common error
Recording M0090 as the SOC date when the assessment was not completed until later — or vice versa. M0090 is the completion date, not the visit date.
