What the visit pool is
The visit pool lists the visits you still need to place this week, Sunday to Saturday. Each card is a patient. If a patient needs more than one visit this week, the card shows a count such as ×2. Open Schedule and choose Day or Week to see it. Month has no visit pool.
- This week's visitsPatients whose frequency still needs visits this week. The card shows the city and the week of the order, such as Week 9 of 10.
- First visitsA new admission's first visit, before any frequency is set.
- WaitingA patient with no frequency yet. These cards can't be placed until you set one on the patient's record.
- To confirmYour assistant's past visits that are still scheduled, with Mark completed and Mark missed.
- PRN visitsOptional. Only if the patient needs one. Not part of the week.
- On holdA patient whose visits are on hold all week. The card says until when. Nothing to place.
At the top you can sort the cards by Patient, City or Closest. Closest shows once Logicly knows your home address and the patients' addresses.
Where the visit pool shows

- A narrower window or a tabletPress To schedule under the dates. The visit pool opens as a window. Press a card to place it. You can't drag from this window.

Place a visit
Drag a card onto a day and time
- On Schedule, choose Day or Week.
- Drag a card from the visit pool onto the day and time you want. It lands on the nearest quarter hour.
- Logicly asks What type of visit is this? Press the type. To decide later, press Choose later. The visit stays on your schedule with no type.
- A message says the visit was added, with Undo.
Choose the type before you drag
On a computer, right-click a card and pick its visit type. The card takes that type's color, and the visit lands with that type and length, with no question. Choose later in the same menu takes the type off the card.
Press a card and let Logicly pick the time
- Press a card. Place a visit opens with the patient's name.
- Type is optional. Leave it, or choose one.
- Day starts on the first working day left this week. Change it if you want another day.
- Press Place. Logicly picks the time from your route. You can move the visit afterwards.
On a computer you can also right-click an empty time on Day or Week and choose Place from the visit pool, then the patient.
Move a visit, or drag it back to delete it
- To move a visit, drag it to another day or time. In Month, a visit keeps its time and moves to the day you drop it on.
- On a phone, press and hold a visit, then drag it. This works in Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android. If it doesn't, tap the visit and press Reschedule.
- To delete a visit, drag it from the schedule back onto the visit pool. It comes off your schedule and waits in the pool to place again. This needs the visit pool on the left of Schedule.
- Anywhere else, tap the visit and press Delete visit. On a computer you can also right-click the visit and choose Delete visit.
After you place, move or delete a visit, a message shows with Undo. Undo works on the last thing you did. If the visit changed since, the message says This visit has changed since, so Undo is off.
