What changed from OASIS-E1

  • O0350 (COVID-19 vaccination up to date) is removed.
  • A1250 Transportation is replaced by A1255, collected at SOC and ROC only.
  • B1000 Vision, B0200 Hearing and A1110 Language are added at ROC.
  • A0810 Sex replaces M0069 Gender.
  • J1900 (falls since SOC/ROC) has modified response options.
