A visit is not on the Route view
- The visit was marked missed. A missed visit is not a stop, so it leaves the route and its drives.
- It is another clinician's visit. The route shows only your own visits, so your PTA's or another clinician's visit is not one of your stops.
- You are looking at another day. Check the date box at the top, or press Today.
- The patient has no address on record. The stop is in the list with No address on record in place of the town, but it has no pin, and its drives say Drive not known. Open the patient's record, edit it and add the address.
A patient is not on the Caseload view
- The Caseload view shows patients who are active, in a facility, suspended, or not admitted yet. Discharged and archived patients are not on it.
- A patient with no address has no pin. They are listed under These patients have no address on record, so they are not on the map. Tap the name to open the record and add the address.
- The legend is showing one status only. The list says Showing, then the status, then only. Press Clear, or Show all in the legend.
- The patient is outside the part of the map you are looking at. Look under Patients not in view, or press Fit all patients. If the list says No patients in this part of the map, press Show all patients.
Add or fix the address
- Open the patient's record.
- Press More, then Edit patient.
- Under Home address, type the house number and street, then pick the address from the list.
- Press Save changes.
Once it is saved, the patient shows on the map, and the record's Map button offers Show on the map.
Imported without an address
If you chose Import without the address during an import, the patient has none. Add it with Edit patient. The map and Auto-schedule need an address.
The route starts in the wrong place or looks wrong
Every route starts and ends at the home address in Settings, then Home and hours. If the first drive or the drive home looks wrong, check that address.
After you change your home address
Changing your home address does not change past days' miles. Today's and later routes are drawn again from the new address the next time they are read, and each new drive is worked out once.
- The stops are in order of their start times. To change the order, move a stop on the Map, or use Optimize route on Schedule's Day view.
- A drive that says Drive not known, or miles not known, is left out of the day's totals. The totals then say how many, such as 1 drive is not known and not counted.
- If the list says Drive times and miles are not available right now., the drives could not be worked out at that moment. Come back to the page later. The route is read again each time you open the page or come back to the window.
- When you save a patient's address and Logicly can't find it, it says We could not find that address. Check it, add the ZIP code, or pick it from the list. Pick the address from the suggestions as you type.
- If it says Address search is not responding. Nothing was saved. Try again., wait a moment and save again.
Messages you might see
- The route order was not saved.Your new order did not save, and the list shows the order before. The line under it says why, often a patient's name and the reason that visit can't move there.
- A visit changed since the route was read, in another tab or on another device. The list now shows the day as it is.Something changed the day elsewhere. Look at the list again and make your change once more.
- One of these visits has changed since, so Undo is off.A visit of that day changed after you reordered, so Logicly can't put the old order back. Move the stops by hand.
- The undo did not save. Try again.Press Undo again on the message. This usually means the signal dropped.
- Moved. (patient name) can't be seen at this time. The new order put a visit in a time marked on that patient's record as blocked, such as dialysis. Move it again, or press Undo. With more than one, it says how many visits are in a blocked time.
- The map is not loading right now.Your schedule and records are not affected. The stops are still listed under the map.
Still looks wrong
Send feedback from the menu, with a picture of the screen, or email support@logicly.ai and say which day and which stop.
