Add a lab, pharmacy or office to your map

Add a place

1. Open Map and choose Caseload.
2. Press Add a place.
3. Fill in Name, choose a Kind (Lab, Clinic, Hospital, Pharmacy, Office or Other), and type the address, picking it from the suggestions.
4. Add a Phone and Notes if you want. Both are optional.
5. Press Add place. Its card opens on the map.

Places show as square pins on both the Route and Caseload views. They are never a stop, so they do not change your route, your drive times or your miles.

Use, edit or remove a place

• Tap a place's pin, or its row under Places in the Caseload list. The card shows its kind, address and notes, with Call (when it has a phone) and Directions.
• To show only your places, press Places in the legend.
• Press Edit on the card to change it, then Save changes.
• Press Remove on the card, then Remove again. It leaves your map. Your patients and visits are not affected.

If it isn't working

• Enter the place's name, up to 100 characters.Give the place a name.
• Choose a kind of place from the list.Pick a Kind.
• Enter a 10-digit US phone number, or leave it empty.Fix the phone number, or clear it.
• Use up to 300 characters.Shorten the notes.
• We could not find that address. Check it, add the ZIP code, or pick it from the list.Pick the address from the suggestions, or add the ZIP code.
• The places could not be loaded. Reload the page to try again.Reload the page. Your patients still show.
• A place's pin is off screenPlaces are left out when the map first fits your day. Press Fit all patients to bring them in.
