Units for each agency

What changed

Many agencies count productivity in units, and each counts them its own way. Logicly now keeps how many units each agency counts for each visit type.

Every agency starts with common values, like 2 for a start of care. Check them in Settings, Agencies, under Pay per visit, and change the ones your agency counts differently.
