Vermont home health hotline

Vermont Division of Licensing and Protection. Vermont’s complaint page

Hours, as the state lists them: “Messages left after normal business hours, (to include evenings, weekends and holidays) will be returned during regular business hours.”

For abuse, neglect or a safety problem, call the hotline the same day. Otherwise Medicare.gov’s order is the agency’s administrator first, then the hotline. The agency may not treat your parent worse for complaining.
