North Carolina home health hotline

North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation, Complaint Intake Unit. North Carolina’s complaint page

Hours, as the state lists them: “Complaint Hotline Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. weekdays, except holidays.”

For abuse, neglect or a safety problem, call the hotline the same day. Otherwise Medicare.gov’s order is the agency’s administrator first, then the hotline. The agency may not treat your parent worse for complaining.
