Kansas home health hotline

Kansas takes complaints about home health agencies on its abuse, neglect and exploitation hotline.

Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services. Kansas's hotlines page

“To report abuse, neglect, or exploitation occurring in an adult care facility, medical care facility, or home health agency:”

For abuse, neglect or a safety problem, call the hotline the same day. Otherwise Medicare.gov’s order is the agency’s administrator first, then the hotline. The agency may not treat your parent worse for complaining.
