What changed
Dragging visits onto the calendar still works, and the visit pool is now the To schedule panel. It lists only what the frequency says the week still needs.
One part is gone. Logicly no longer holds routine visits back until an evaluation is placed. You choose each visit’s type, and the Medicare rules show as alerts on the patient’s record. They never stop you from saving a visit.
What this means for you
- On a wide screenTo schedule sits beside the Day and Week views. Drag a card onto a day and time.
- On a smaller screenA To schedule button opens the panel. Press a card to place it.
- When you drop a cardLogicly asks “What kind of visit is this?” Pick a type, or press Choose later.
- When you press a cardPlace a visit asks for Kind, which is optional, and Day. Logicly picks the time from your route.
Each card shows the patient and a line such as “OT, 3 a week, 1 placed.”
