What changed
The first version put an Auto Schedule button in the calendar’s visit pool. It pinned recerts, evals and 30-day re-evals to their required dates, spread routine visits across working days and ordered each day to cut driving.
Logicly no longer works this way. The Auto-schedule week button that followed it is gone too, and Logicly does not place a week or pick visit types for you. It still counts the frequency and works out the drive between homes.
What this means for you
You place each visit, and Logicly orders the day when you ask.
- To schedule lists only the visits the frequency says the week still needs.
- Drag a card onto the calendar, or press it and choose the day. When you press a card, Logicly picks the time from your route, and you can move the visit afterwards.
- In the Day view, Optimize route puts that day’s visits in the best driving order. Visits never move to another day.
- Before anything moves, a notice lists each change. Press Move them or Cancel.
