What changed
In the earlier version of Logicly, each patient had a Care Team tab for the clinicians on the case, beside the frequency screens.
Logicly 2.0, where accounts open today, has no Care Team tab. The patient record has Overview, Frequency and Files, and the frequency now sits inside the cert period.
What this means for you
- Cert periodsThe Frequency tab opens here, with a row for each period added, its days, and its frequency or Frequency not set.
- Create cert periodComes first when the patient has no start of care yet.
- Add the next cert periodOpens the next 60-day period, one at a time, when you are ready.
- Type frequency hereOn a period’s page. Type it, such as 3w1, 2w4, press Apply, then Save.
- Routine visits are made byChoose Me or An assistant, and name the assistant.
The Frequency tab is not the schedule.
You place visits on the Calendar page.
