Most home health software vendors do not put a price on their website. We wanted to know exactly what each one does show. So on October 26, 2026 we read the pricing page, the home health product page and the demo or contact page of ten vendors, ours included. This page is what they said that day, in their own words, with the link and the date beside each quote.
A note on who is writing. I'm an occupational therapist and the founder of Logicly, which sells home health scheduling software. Read this with that in mind. It is also why you will find no estimate of ours of anyone else's price here. Where a figure appears for another vendor, it is a review site's figure, and the review site is named. For what each platform does, our buyer's guide compares them feature by feature.
Info
Vendor names are their owners' trademarks. Every figure is quoted from the page named beside it on the date shown; we publish no estimate of another vendor's price.
The Short Answer
- One of the ten publishes a price: Logicly. The other nine name no price on their own sites; each offers a demo, a form or a call.
- Three have a pricing page with no figures on it. Alora, AlayaCare and eCaring each say how to ask for a quote.
- Three say what drives the price. Alora names users or patients. AlayaCare names size, care models, regions and modules. KanTime says unlimited users at one price.
- Review sites list figures, and they are the review sites' figures. SelectHub lists a starting figure for nine of the ten. The Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 listings were not read on October 26, 2026 (the sites refuse automated reads).

How We Read Each Vendor
On October 26, 2026 we opened each vendor's own site. We looked for a pricing page at the vendor's address followed by /pricing. We read the home health product page and the demo or contact page. Where a page said something about price, we copied the words exactly.
Then we went to the review sites. The listing pages of Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp, G2 and TrustRadius refused every request we made that day, so we quote none of their listings. Those listings may carry figures. Read them yourself, and ask the vendor to confirm any figure you find. SelectHub, a software selection site, could be read, and its listings are quoted below as SelectHub's. A figure on a review site is that site's, not the vendor's.
Axxess Pricing
What the vendor's site says: No price. On October 26, 2026, axxess.com/pricing did not lead to a pricing page, and the Home Health Software page named no price. The contact page says: "Fill out the form below and the right team will reach out" (read October 26, 2026). Axxess also has a home health demo page.
What third parties list: Listed by SelectHub on its Axxess page, read October 26, 2026: "Based on our most recent analysis, Axxess pricing starts at $899 (Per User, Monthly)." Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 were not read on October 26, 2026 (the sites refuse automated reads).
What it means for a small agency: Ask Axxess for a written quote for your team, and ask whether SelectHub's per-user figure matches it.
WellSky Pricing
What the vendor's site says: No price. On October 26, 2026, wellsky.com/pricing returned a not-found page, and the Home Health page named no price. The demo request page says: "Please complete this form, or contact a WellSky specialist today." (read October 26, 2026).
What third parties list: Listed by SelectHub on its WellSky Home Health page, read October 26, 2026: "Based on our most recent analysis, WellSky Home Health pricing starts at $800 (Per User, Monthly)." Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 were not read on October 26, 2026 (the sites refuse automated reads).
What it means for a small agency: WellSky's site shows no price, so ask for one in writing when you request the demo.

What the vendor's site says: Alora has a pricing page with no figures on it (read October 26, 2026). It says: "Pricing simply depends on how many people in your agency will use Alora software, or how many patients you serve." It also says: "We’d be happy to provide you with a written quote!" It asks you to email or call its sales team for pricing.
What third parties list: Listed by SelectHub on its Alora page, read October 26, 2026: "Based on our most recent analysis, Alora pricing starts at $295 (Monthly)." Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 were not read on October 26, 2026 (the sites refuse automated reads).

The same page also says: "Based on our most recent analysis, HCHB pricing starts in the range of $10 - $100." It gives no unit for that range. Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 were not read on October 26, 2026 (the sites refuse automated reads).
What it means for a small agency: Ask for the contract term and the renewal terms in writing, along with the quote.
KanTime Pricing
What the vendor's site says: No price. On October 26, 2026, kantime.com/pricing returned a not-found page. The Home Health page says: "KanTime allows unlimited users and customer support all at one price." (read October 26, 2026). There is also a demo request page.

What it means for a small agency: Ask KanTime what its one price covers and whether it changes as your census grows.
MatrixCare Pricing
What the vendor's site says: No price. On October 26, 2026, matrixcare.com/pricing returned a not-found page, and the Home Health page named no price. Its call to action reads: "Talk to us and schedule a meeting" (read October 26, 2026). Its contact page covers sales, support and resources.
What third parties list: Listed by SelectHub on its MatrixCare page, read October 26, 2026: "Based on our most recent analysis, MatrixCare pricing starts at $35 (Monthly)." The same page's FAQ gives the units: "Our analysts put MatrixCare pricing at $35 per user per month and $300 per facility per month." Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 were not read on October 26, 2026 (the sites refuse automated reads).
What it means for a small agency: Ask MatrixCare which package a quote covers, home health alone or more care settings.
Netsmart Pricing
What the vendor's site says: No price. On October 26, 2026, ntst.com/pricing sent us to Netsmart's not-found page. Its home health page, for the myUnity product, answers "Is myUnity an affordable EHR for small home health agencies?" with: "Yes. myUnity offers scalable pricing models designed to meet the needs of home health agencies at every stage of growth." (read October 26, 2026). There is also a demo request page.
What third parties list: Listed by SelectHub on its myUnity page, read October 26, 2026: starting from "Custom Quote", pricing model "Annually, Quote-Based". The same page also says: "Based on our most recent analysis, myUnity pricing starts in the range of $500 - $1,000." It gives no unit for that range. Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 were not read on October 26, 2026 (the sites refuse automated reads).
What it means for a small agency: Ask Netsmart which of its pricing models fits a small agency, and get the answer in writing.
AlayaCare Pricing
What the vendor's site says: AlayaCare has a pricing page with no figures on it (read October 26, 2026). It says: "AlayaCare uses custom pricing based on your organization’s size, care models, regions, and the modules you choose." What third parties list: Listed by SelectHub on its AlayaCare page, read October 26, 2026: "Based on our most recent analysis, AlayaCare pricing starts at $1,650 (Monthly + $5000 (One-Time))." Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 were not read on October 26, 2026 (the sites refuse automated reads).
What it means for a small agency: Ask for the implementation cost as its own line in the proposal, next to the monthly subscription.
eCaring Pricing
What the vendor's site says: eCaring has a pricing page with no figures on it, headed "Home Care Software Pricing" (read October 26, 2026). It says: "Our affordable, scalable pricing model grows with your business" and "eCaring has accessible pricing available for all business types from start-up to enterprise." It offers a short meeting with its team "to receive a personalized cost breakdown."
What third parties list: Listed by SelectHub on its eCaring page, read October 26, 2026: "Based on our most recent analysis, eCaring pricing starts at $99 (Monthly, Quote-Based)." Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 were not read on October 26, 2026 (the sites refuse automated reads).
What it means for a small agency: eCaring's pricing page is written for home care agencies, so ask whether it covers your Medicare home health work before you ask for the cost breakdown.
Logicly Pricing
What the vendor's site says: We are the vendor. Our pricing page lists two plans. Clinician is $24 a month, for a clinician who schedules their own visits. Agency is a flat monthly rate by team size, from $199 a month for 1–10 clinicians. Both are month-to-month with a HIPAA BAA included.
What third parties list: SelectHub's home health software category, all three pages read October 26, 2026, does not list Logicly. We quote no review of ourselves.
What it means for a small agency: You can see the price, and work out a year's cost, before you talk to anyone.
What Software Advice's 2020 Guide Said
Software Advice published a home health software pricing guide in 2020 (PDF, read October 26, 2026). It says its pricing information "was collected from the vendors' websites in January 2020." Its table prices ten products: AdaCare, Carecenta, Carevium, CradleMRx, DocEngage, Generations HomeCare System, Hubstaff, Pariox, RiverSoft and Thera Tracker. None of the ten vendors on this page is among them.
Its monthly subscription ranges, as Software Advice printed them:
| Practice size in the guide | Monthly range, Software Advice, January 2020 data |
|---|---|
| Solo practice (1 user) | $20-$580 |
| Midsized practice (2-10 users) | $40-$1,044 |
| Large practice (10+ users) | $69-$1,044+ |
The guide itself says: "Buyers should contact the software vendor for actual pricing." Its list of often overlooked costs still works as a checklist: data migration, training, hardware and IT, and maintenance and upgrades. On training it said: "Web-based training is often included, but vendors will charge for in-person training."
What to Ask Before You Sign
These are my suggestions, not any vendor's terms.
- What is the all-in cost for the first year? Subscription, implementation, training and data migration. AlayaCare's pricing page, for one, says its implementation covers configuration, data migration, integrations and training.
- What is the unit? Per user, per patient, flat, or by team size. Alora's page says its price depends on users or patients.
- What is the contract term, and how do you cancel?
- What costs extra? EVV, the mobile app, billing, integrations.
- Do you charge for updates and upgrades? Software Advice's 2020 guide put it this way: "Be sure to ask the vendor if they charge for updates, patches, upgrades, and other maintenance events."
- Can I export all of my data if I leave?
- How has your price changed over the last three years?
- Will you put the quote in writing? Alora's page offers a written quote. Ask every vendor for the same.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does home health software cost?
It depends on the vendor, and most do not say on their website. Of the ten vendors we read on October 26, 2026, only Logicly published a price: Clinician is $24 a month, and Agency is a flat monthly rate by team size, from $199 a month for 1–10 clinicians. The other nine name no price on their own sites; each offers a demo, a form or a call. SelectHub, a software review site, lists a starting figure for all nine of them, in different units, so compare them only with a written quote in hand.
How much does Axxess cost?
Axxess does not publish a price on the pages we read on October 26, 2026. Its home health software page names no price, and its contact page offers a form so the right team can reach out. SelectHub, a software review site, lists Alora pricing as starting at $295 a month. That is SelectHub's figure, not Alora's. The Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 listings were not read that day, because those sites refuse automated reads.
How much does Homecare Homebase cost?

Those are SelectHub's figures, not HCHB's. The Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp and G2 listings were not read that day, because those sites refuse automated reads. Ask HCHB for a written quote and the contract term.
