Single leg bridge
One side at a time. Your clinician sets the reps, sets, hold and times a day. Needs: bed.


- Lie on your back with one knee bent and the other leg straight.
- Push through the bent leg to lift your hips, keeping them level.
- Hold, then lower slowly and switch legs.
