Both sides at once. Your clinician sets the reps, sets and times a day. Needs: bed.

  1. Kneel on hands and knees with your back flat.
  2. Round your back up toward the ceiling and tuck your chin, then let your belly drop and lift your head.
  3. Move slowly between the two.
